Sunday 23rd May 1841 – Pleasant smart breeze of wind from S.W. – Fine, & warm all day – Mark Bestone in his skiff from St. John’s, touched in here & landed Rev. W. Bullock & his daur Charlotte on visit – Aubrey Crocker in Stones Schr. Success from St. John’s – Graham’s new schooner down the bay after being launched.
